Shipping policy
Order processing times: After an order is placed, we will endeavor to get your order out as quickly as possible, they will generally go out same day for orders placed early in the day, up to two days from the day of ordering at max. Orders placed over the weekend will be packed on Mondays when our team is back in the office. We will place notices on our website banners when the team will be away for seasonal holidays.
Domestic and international shipping options: At the moment we currently ship domestically within Australia and internationally to New Zealand.
Shipping costs: Delivery costs are based on the total weight and volume of your order in accordance with parcel cost for Australia Post within Austalia and Sendle for orders to New Zealand.

Delivery method: All of our orders are delivered through Australia Post/Sendle standard parcel delivery service. We currently do not offer express post deliveries. Australia Post states that regular parcel delivery service generally takes 2-6 business days for delivery within Australia. For items destined for New Zealand Sendle states that regular parcel delivery service generally takes 4-11 business days.
Returns and refunds: We do not accept returns or changes of mind, all sales are final, if the item is damaged or defective you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If there is a reason for delay on your order we will contact you will all information we have as well as a delivery timeline. At times of high volumes (generally around Christmas/New Years) post deliveries may take longer than expected.
Order tracking details: Once your order has been packed we will assign the Australia Post/Sendle tracking number to your order, you will receive the tracking number on email and can follow the delivery from that point on through the Australia Post/Sendle website.
